Riverview Hospital Reviews
What is it like working at Riverview Hospital?
Never ending, also working making decisions.
Office Manager, Medical Office in Noblesville:
Pros: My team of employees and providers I work with
Cons: Adminstration being so removed from what is happening
Communication is lacked, employees that don’t want to work is not reprimanded, too many chiefs that are never there and not enough Indians because a lot miss constantly beyond policy and never reprimanded.
Personnel Scheduler in Noblesville:
Pros: Helping patients with their needs and positivity helps them remain calm in scary situations and most of the relationships I’ve made in all the years working there.
Cons: Communication, employee responsibility, shadiness of higher ups, non caring about employees, no way to move up unless you brown nose. Not based on work ethic or years of service.
