Rite Aid Pharmacy Reviews

What is it like working at Rite Aid Pharmacy?

Customer Service Supervisor in Ford City:
Pros: Working with people. Smileing helps others.
Cons: Stress of knowing others get a different pay when I’ve been here so much longer and even during a pandemic..
You not only have to do cashiering but other jobs as well like restocking, cleaning, helping shift supervisor.
Cashier in Sterling Heights:
Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Hourly pay is way less than the other companies
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Beaverton:
Pros: My customers and the relationship I have with them, first name basis.
Cons: Pay is aweful, always adding to the job load with no benefit. Communication needs improvement between corporate and stores
Pretty good.
Sales Clerk/Cashier in Philadelphia:
Pros: My fellow coworkers
Cons: Over expectations work loads little pay
Pharmacy Technician in Toledo:
Pros: I love my pharmacy unit. I am appreciated by our pharmacists
Cons: The pay is not worth the unbelievable levels of stress. You could fold clothes at Target and get paid substantially more per hour and that is just wrong.
Putting patients first.
Pharmacy Technician in Greeley:
Pros: My patients mean the world to me
Cons: Lack of pay and truly caring about their employees
I put up with so many rude customers and co-workers and tell them how I fell when they do things one way, and how it could help me do my work if they did it another way but I'm not ever listened to.
Cashier in Ferndale:
Pros: One co-worker that is friendly and helpful above anyone else there no matter what, if he didn't work there, i would've quit long ago.
Cons: Minimum wage for maximum effort, I come home exhausted from physical work and drained mentally from being unappreciated and unheard by management
