Ricoh Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Ricoh Corporation?
A decent and easy job, if physical and at times stressful.
Mail Handler in Frankfort:
Pros: I'm kept busy and am given near-total discretion with how I do my duties, with very little supervision.
Cons: There's a distinct lack of communication between my team and the customer we contract with.
Stable yet more & more demanding with little to no compensation.
Technical Training Specialist in Charlotte:
Pros: How my Team Leader manages me by not “micro-managing”, working with my colleagues and peers and the overall culture.
Cons: The pay for my skillset and position is far below the national average and yet the Corporation continues to invest in other companies while not properly investing in or compensating valuable & skilled employees. They claim to strive for a “Culture of Excellence” but are not cultivating as well as they could by compensating their “Gemba” employees appropriately.
Insulting Salary and "raises" are a joke (not even a holiday bonus)!!
Office Assistant in Colorado Springs:
Pros: Better than being involuntarily unemployed.
Cons: The salary (what an insult)!
Director.
Director of Operations in San Francisco:
Pros: The people
Cons: Too slow to react, not agile, not efficient, keep doing things the way we did 40 years ago
I like my job.
Copier Technician in Phoenix:
Pros: The training opertunity and steady hours
Cons: Unfair pay and lack of leadership and direction
Lots of creativity and adoption in changing industry.
Branch Sales Manager in Seattle:
Pros: Strong resources to support myself and my team.
Cons: Changing industry with limited growth and visibility to long term career.
I don't think I'm getting the same pay as my male co workers.
Customer Service Specialist in Mountain View:
Pros: I don't have a GED but I been at the same job for 10yrs. with company 25 almost and still not able to move up.
Cons: I like want I do I have not get the pay rate I should be getting 25.
