Restaurant Depot LLC Reviews

What is it like working at Restaurant Depot LLC?

Front End Supervisor in Stoughton:
Company does not run any background checks before hiring or previous job reviews Current hirees are child molestors to vilolent crimes. Other employees can be and have been in danger. They do not have regular schedules so that you can not plan anything. Vacation is hard to get even after a few years there. They expect overtime and will threaten to let an employee go if they do not comply to their requests. Hard work not a place an employee wants to stay and grow with. The jobs from management to floor personnel are not jobs to entice an employee to stay there without any chance of advancing. Short term employees are there because anyone can get a job there when there is an opening and so many employees come and go because these are dead end jobs. Because of the hours finding another job is difficult therefore employees have a grudge towards their jobs. All feel that jobs here are just that dead end, not to mention all the part time employees that can not get full time with any benefits.
Stressful.
