Reliant Rehabilitation Reviews

What is it like working at Reliant Rehabilitation?

It's good, but....
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Chicago:
Pros: I love being a speech-language pathologist. I honestly don't care about the company I work for, it's not the best, it's not the worst. But being an SLP is the most rewarding thing I've ever done.
Cons: The productivity requirement is absurd. It is unethical and working off the clock is necessary to meet productivity expectations or they are contacting your supervisor every week asking "how they can help you become more productive."
Low pay, bad benefits, high productivity demands.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in St. George:
Pros: The building and the co -workers are phenomenal.
Cons: They pay low, provide minimal benefits, don't give raises. They are not interested in the happiness of their employees, only numbers and profit.
Senior Speech Pathologist in Oxford:
Pros: I like the older population that I serve daily.
Cons: I have lost faith in Reliant’s ability to hire & keep good employees due to their shortsightedness in paying people what they are worth. So employees just move on to “greener pastures”, better pay, & better long term benefits.
I enjoy my job and the patients that I work with.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Houston:
Pros: My ability to help patient return to their homes and function
Cons: Very little
Moral reward.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Wichita Falls:
Pros: Positive patient strengths
Cons: Nursing staff
I love what I do!
Rehabilitation Director in Llano:
Pros: I am very confident and knowledgeable in my job . Reliant allows me to do my job and not micromanage me 24/7.
Cons: I have had 3 paycuts and about to recieve another one very soon. They say it is due to the new PMPD system.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: The ability to flex weekend days for days through the week for appointments.
Cons: I have not had a job performance review for the 3 yrs I've been employed with this company, nor have I gotten a raise.
