Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc?
It is fun but stressful at different points.
Food Service Worker in Nampa:
Pros: Busy all the time.
Cons: Teamwork between some of the employees, mostly the younger generation employees is pretty-much non- existence. Lazy, and management does not appear too care, or does nothing about it. I run my but off for 3.35 an hour while 4 ‘kids’ stand behind the line talking and have the nerve too ask me if I could take a tray of food out for someone else, which I do not mind helping the other servers at all, or they ask me ‘do you want too do this?’ When a drink order will come through and they are too busy standing there talking about their personal lives, or talking about someone else….in other words, gossiping. Not all of them mind you, but many of them at my place of work that is.
Line Cook in Woodbridge:
I would like a job pay where my rent is cover and my basic essentials is met, it’s just hard to do in this buisness, if management was committed to support of staff more then they were passing blame the business would run smoother.
Challenging, but not always rewarding.
Assistant Kitchen Manager, Restaurant in Huntsville:
Pros: I get to find the most optimal solutions to constantly changing problems.
Cons: I have to constantly deal with problems caused by people who don't care.
Its ok.
Line Cook in Abbotsford:
Pros: People
Cons: Not assigned hours
It's good but stressful at times.
Line Cook in La Habra:
Pros: Serving people and coworkers.
Cons: The unhealthy food managers.
It's lIke a revolving door.
Dishwasher:
Pros: The people, and there willingness to help you improve your life, the eh give people chances that 90% of franchises don't.
Cons: Job training is horrible...... Here is your area your job is to do this and this watch..1 minute passes..... OK you try........8 hours pass......... So what you think. They need better training one day and that is not training.
