Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Raymond James & Associates, Inc.?
Confusing (you report to a Ops Manager but if you tell your FA the Sales people shut down the Ops side to not lose the AUM)...
Sales Associate in San Antonio:
Pros: My FA
Cons: Conflict
Financial Analyst:
Company itself is pretty good. Good retirement benefits, healthcare, flexibility of schedule, etc. The largest issue is compensation, which is well below market value and is the norm rather then the exception. Bonuses are capped at an arbitrary 10% of salary and management leans heavily on that figure to avoid fair bonuses.
