Ralphs Supermarket Reviews
What is it like working at Ralphs Supermarket?
It’s a very fast and constant work flow.
Produce Clerk (Grocery) in Hawthorne:
Pros: The customers are kind
Cons: The produce area is non stop constantly reloading all stocks
Courtesy Clerk in Los Angeles:
Pros: Straightforward tasks to do.
Cons: As with retail, working with customers can be exhausting and there's a lot of walking around involved.
Deli Clerk:
I was a little discouraged with the rate of pay. I was told one start rate only to be paid lower. I could get no proper answer from any supervisor and had to find out on my own thru the Kroger employee website. I was definitely worth more then $11.20 a hour having 5 years of experience as a chef in a coroporate company.
