Cons: I like management the least due to poor scheduling, and the fact that I get paid less than their new hires.

Cons: not receiving the tips for cleaning the rooms assigned tips are taken from the room before its cleaned non housekeepers are stripping the rooms such as front desk and maintenance are stripping the rooms ang claiming there are no tips when asked
