Pruitt Corporation Reviews

What is it like working at Pruitt Corporation?

Nurse Case Manager:
The department I work for within the company is in need of kore organization and the pay-rate is below average for what is expected of the licensed care manager/case managers. There’s no incentives. The yearly raises are the same across the board. The whole Dept needs an overhaul.
Challenging.
Charge Nurse (LPN) in Hartwell:
Pros: Able to make a residents life more joyful and comfortable
Cons: Hire on new help at higher payscale and do not appreciate loyalty
Great.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Macon:
Pros: residents
Cons: pay
The owner is my stepdad. I've worked construction and management for him since I was 14 (on school breaks). I am very good at connecting and interacting with field personell and sub's.
Construction Project Manager in Vienna:
Pros: Getting out in the field.
Cons: A co-worker. Also my stepdad micro-managing me.
You only get holiday pay on Christmas and only if you work.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: The residents.
Cons: Everything, Pruitt is a very greedy company that doesn't like to pay extra for anything. You can't even get holiday pay when you come to work instead of being with family except Christmas but only if you work on Christmas.
