My experience at the Procter & Gamble Company has been exactly as advertised, you are placed to add value on Day 1. I was very fortunate to have worked with a great Quality team and in my opinion :) for one of their best Quality Directors. Regarding the projects, I worked on, the functional team member's range in diversity made my experience so much more enjoyable.
