Power Engineers, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Power Engineers, Inc.?
Great Place to Work.
Electrical Engineer in Kansas City:
Pros: Collaborative environment, opportunity to wear many hats, flexible schedule as long as you get your work done
Cons: Workload management is a little bit iffy. However, that’s also just the nature of engineering consulting sometimes.
Good company, doesn't pay enough and expects a lot in return.
Transmission-Line Engineer in Overland Park:
Pros: Leading projects
Cons: Upper management making rash decisions.
Good People, Good Culture.
Electrical Engineer in Lewiston:
Pros: Power Engineers does a good job of finding employees that are good to work with, the company stresses it's culture as well, and I feel the culture is good.
Cons: Sometimes Projects get out of hand, the nature of consulting can be messy, with deadlines that end up coming up to early, or a project team that just isn't working well for whatever reason can make life very difficult and fairly stressfull.
Electrical Engineer in Lewiston:
I've been working at Power for about two years now. It's been pretty good, the companies culture is pretty nice, it's more relaxed than some which I really appreciate. It's my first job out of college so I would be interested in seeing how other companies compare. From my understanding it's good pay for my area, but maybe not for other locations. Pay is hourly exempt, so no time and a half but I do still get paid when I have overtime.
