Pomptonian Food Service Reviews

What is it like working at Pomptonian Food Service?

Underpaid and unappreciated.
Cook, Institution and Cafeteria in Lodi:
Pros: The kids I see everyday, and my co-workers
Cons: Horrible pay,no retirement money, the raises are literally insulting, I mean in this day and age a quarter is pathetic for women who work physical jobs. When the pandemic hit they didn't care about me or any of the many cafeteria women who are the only reason they even have a company. I started as a deli worker then became a lead/ cook/cashier/ and get no extra money for ALOT more work
Under appreciated and invisible.
Cook, Institution and Cafeteria in Lodi:
Pros: The co workers and the kids are great
Cons: Feeling unappreciated and not valued.I am unimportant and quickly replaced despite the years I've put in. No paid holidays low pay and no benefits
Rare find.
Food Service Director in Edison:
Pros: Schedule and quality of life
Cons: uncertainty in location of work
