Excellent employer, great culture and benefits.
Associate Marketing Manager in Minneapolis:
Pros: A great place to advance your career, many options for growth and expansion in your role and into new roles. The culture and people are great, very limited complaints
Fun place to work if you are passionate about powersports.
Senior Electrical Engineer in Wyoming:
Pros: The flexibility and wide range of responsibilities is very cool, not many other places let you do what we do.
Cons: The politics and short sightedness with only caring about pleasing shareholders, but I guess that's at any larger company these days.
Not Great.
Design Engineer in Minneapolis:
Pros: The products are great, especially the motorcycles.
Cons: Management is incompetent. Not sure who is steering the ship anymore. Company is extremely top heavy with managers/directors/vps. Comp y does not seem to invest in areas that will provide a better customer experience or increase the employee retention rate.
A boring sinking ship.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Elkhart:
Pros: I dont
Cons: We don't get paid enough for everything needed done, competitors are paying 2$ more with no experience just to start, we can't keep people, turnover rate is a revolving door, and they lie about paying more, they don't appreciate their employees, they don't hold management accountable for the worst of wrong doings, and it's impossible to move up unless you're personally buddy buddy, with management, the one supervisor herself shouldn't be a supervisor, she slept her way up, there's a video of her grinding on the old manager before she got the position. Not exactly equal fair employment.
Caregiver in Sunnyvale:
Pros: Flexible schedule
Cons: They don’t give a paper check or show you what was taken out
Stressful.
Production Team leader in Huntsville:
Pros: Not having someone looking over your back all the time
Cons: Lack of communication and constant change of the schedule.
