Plante & Moran, Pllc Reviews

What is it like working at Plante & Moran, Pllc?

Busy but reasonably so.
Tax Manager in Portage:
Pros: The firm culture is absolutely fantastic. Plante Moran is the third (and largest) public accounting firm I have worked for and the people are all wonderful and the firm's deliberate approach to cultivating a positive and welcoming firm culture has paid off. We are busy during tax season, but the firm does a good job of helping us balance out the rest of the year by allowing unlimited paid time off and options for a flexible schedule if necessary.
Cons: It can be hard to retain talent due to the demanding nature of the work, so we are often having to train new people and figure out how to make do with fewer staff than we would like.
Challenging but Balanced.
Cyber Security Manager in Palatine:
Pros: The People & Culture
Cons: The grind can wear on you at times, but if you speak up you will be heard.
Typical.
Senior Tax Manager in Southfield:
Pros: Technical Opportunities including opportunities to provide thought leadership. Opportunities to engage with client.
Cons: Lack of cultural diversity. Narrow focus.
