Pros: The work that I do and the people that I work with
Cons: Feel that sometimes what we do in our department is taken for granted and the importance of what we do is overlooked
My heart for God’s people keep me going and I strive to do all I can to help them in their healing process I’m dedicated to my employers and my patients.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Albany:
Pros: That I’m constantly learning and growing everyday and just to be able to love and encourage my patients through their healing process. And some of them have even sowed the same in me.
Cons: That I’m not appreciated for the job that I do each day. I’m good enough to train other new employees and even do jobs that are primarily others responsibility but I do them because I care and because I’m a real team player.
Great.
