Cons: Not being able to help customers all the way through some processes beyond my skill set.

Pros: The people/teams are the best of Perspecta.
Cons: The pay - I'm about 20% under what the starting salary is for other Program Managers in other company's -
Independently manage work with minimal interaction with leadership. Promptly and actively provide urgent, critical and routine support for internal staff as well and actively response to contractor needs to accomplish ongoing projects.
