Perkins Restaurants Reviews
What is it like working at Perkins Restaurants?
My opinion only.
Cook, Restaurant in Lee's Summit:
Pros: I like the flexibility hassle free approach of work hours and requested time off.
Cons: I don’t like the the family and close friends favoritism that exists in the work place.
Intense.
Food Service Manager in Brainerd:
Pros: My team and regular guests.
Cons: No accountability...zero discipline...feels like a circus as upper management turns a blind eye
Very good way to get into the management positions.
Restaurant Assistant Manager in Minneapolis:
Pros: Helping guests, and leading and creating a true team.
Cons: Low pay
Simultaneously decent and absolutely horrid.
Server in Eau Claire:
Pros: The customers, being able to interact with so many different people every day, especially the regulars who come in every day.
Cons: The management is awful, there's no enforcement of any policy or standards
