Peoplescout Reviews
What is it like working at Peoplescout?
Talent Acquisition Specialist in Greensboro:
Pros: Working with and helping people and working from home
Cons: Low salary, no benefits, no paid time off, dated technology, lack of tools, resources and opportunities, lack of transparency, micromanaging, lack of organization.
Enjoyable.
Senior Recruiter in Burlington:
Pros: Helping people find meaningful employment
Cons: The impact executive leadership decisions have on all employees.
Recruiter:
Absolutely no work culture. The work is maintainable but wish there was a better work culture for innovation. However, it’s super flexible with schedule/work from home. I’ve seen people stuck in the same entry level role for years but you make the most of what you can do, just wish there were other opportunities for growth and innovation.
