Partnership For Public Service Reviews

What is it like working at Partnership For Public Service?

Home Health Care: Agency vs Public Partnership.
Direct Care Worker (DCW) in New Castle:
Pros: I love helping people and working for Public Partnership gives the client control over the schedule and what he or she wants done so that they can live their lives under their terms.
Cons: I’m not getting paid for the overtime my client is allotted each week. She was given 5 more hours per week in July and I’ve not been paid for any of the overtime hours. I also started with the company just as a client was released from hospital and worked 50 hours before they gave me a start date. I also do not get holiday pay.
Confusing, misleading, troublesome, nuisance.
Direct Care Worker (DCW) in Philadelphia:
Pros: The pay is ok when I actually receive it.
Cons: no real location to talk to someone to get matters handled.
