Partners In Recovery Reviews

What is it like working at Partners In Recovery?

Opportunity to help Mentally ill people be successful at employment.
Rehabilitation Specialist in Wickenburg:
Pros: Empowering the disabled
Cons: Disgruntle co-workers
Very fulfilling work. I love being an advocate.
Case Manager in Mesa:
Pros: the coworkers and clients
Cons: everything is good!
Rehabilitation Specialist:
Loved the work and the members which is why 3 star. If scaled on Management or support from them, would rank a 1 star. No value for employees, clicks to promote and raises are practically nil. You have to Love what you're doing to stay and there is a lot of turnover. No effort to keep good employees. Morale is very low. Took early retirement and Grateful that I am able to do so. Will volunteer and follow my passion.
