What is it like working at Paragon?

My current company Paragon Polymer Products helped me to develop my leadership qualities in me and I'm very thankful for my company as they provide me a good opportunity in there company and I'm glad I got the opportunity to serve them.
Operations Coordinator, Logistics in Raipur:
Pros: Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks.
Cons: The company was growing quickly, so it was a bit disorganized and i often had multiple supervisors and senior team members giving me different instructions
Overall an okay experience, decent income, not a career choice though.
Security Guard in Toronto:
Pros: It's consistent.
Cons: Pay rates could be a little better.
Great.
Executive Assistant in Tulsa:
Pros: Flexbility
Cons: Nothing
Good company.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Indianapolis:
Pros: Overall good benefits
Cons: You will have to put your life on hold most of the time due to fluctuating census. You have two choices, either save money and PTO to stay ahead of bills when census drops to pay yourself (with PTO) or you have fun now and live off of credit cards until census picks up (if it picks up).
Security Guard:
Pros: Easy to get time off and personalized schedule.
Cons: Have to pay for uniforms that they want back when you leave, non existent benefits or are extremely hard to use. No paid vacation, no employee loyalty, no paid training and union dues that automatically come out but offer absolutely no benefits.
