Palmetto Hospital Reviews
What is it like working at Palmetto Hospital?
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room:
Staffing ratios are a bit heavy. Ancillary staff can be lacking or at times difficult to work with. Compensation is fair, benefits are good. We are expanding the ER, this may or may not help with staffing issues. The Administration does seem to strive to address issues. Safety needs improvement as staff are frequently abused by our patient population, although this may be a national ER issue.
Sterile Processing Supervisor:
My coworkers were amazing !! However the management and administration were like people from out of a horror movie not wanting to make a change for the better much rather yell and berate employees the pay didn’t match the responsibility’s at hand shared an old run down office with 3 other people carpet full of mold and filth.
