Cons: Employees are extremely underpaid, Undervalued and healthcare setting is extremely understaffed leading employees to be pressured and sometimes bullied into working 60+ hrs per week.

Pros: I enjoy the ability to be able to manage my own time while completing the objectives expected of me.
Cons: If you do your job correctly you will be passed over for promotion because you are good where you are.
Its ok....depending on site.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: No communication.

Pros: My job can move with me to a completely different province and the company is actively invested in employee concerns.
Cons: The hourly wage is definitely too low for the performance and commitment expected from you.
