Benefits Specialist in Schiller Park:

Unfulfilled.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Chicago:
Pros: The autonomy is nice
Cons: I don't think my position is compensated fairly for the revenue we oversee
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General):
It's a solid gig but the pay is always sub par to the industry. Also, your workload will always be pretty full so I find it difficult to find work life balance at times. The culture is usually one of "blame" and I don't find a lot of additional support. We get trainings but not the type we can actually use. These trainings often deal with things like harassment, a new system or compliance but what we really need is proper CAD training. It does depend on the area and market you work in because it does vary depending on manager and division you work in.
