PATH Reviews

What is it like working at PATH?

Looking.
Facilities Director in Philadelphia:
Pros: Being able to serve people with Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities
Cons: Little interaction with supervisor and lack of communication
Program Assistant, Non-Profit Organization:
One’s experience working at PATH depends greatly on the team one works with. I have had incredible support from managers and colleagues, and they pay is above similar positions in the city. The vacation and flex policies are very good. The one drawback would be the lack of clear advancement from entry level to mid level employee.
As a Non-Profit organization and being reliant on winning proposals and bids, job security has been a little stressful.
Senior Systems Analyst in Seattle:
Pros: The flexible work schedule, ability to work from home and the benefits such as medical and 401k matching.
Cons: The constant change in leadership. In just two and half years, I've had 5 managers, most of them left the organization or moved to a different area of expertise.
