Cons: Probably the same as most salespeople. It would have to been the engineers never listen to the sales department. Not unique to Oshkosh. Has to be true with all manufacturers I would say.
Great projects, great people, poor physical environs.

The corporation has a great culture focused on the employees and customers. The importance of focusing on people starts at the CEO.
The culmination of all of the benefits available is great. While Oshkosh, WI may seem boring at first look, North East WI is really a great place to live and be part of a community.

Pros: I am positioned to succeed. There is a strong people-first mentality. Terrific leaders. Everyone is respected. Everyone gets along. The work ethic is very high. People do the right thing.
Cons: People get bounced around to any one of 40 locations around town based on project needs. Many of the office locations and conditions are sub-par. -No windows. Poor lighting. Primitive eating spaces with junk-food vending machines.

Unfortunately I would love to rate this company higher, but after 7 years and no career path and consistently getting passed over for promotions has left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe in the future they will be sable to change the stressful culture they have had for some many years.
