Very fast pace, demanding of patients, insurance is a high hassle for approvals on in office injections to surgery’s.
Medical Assistant (Certified) in Birmingham:

Rewarding yet Challenging.
Physician Assistant (PA) in Portland:
Pros: I like the relationship between myself and my physician. We have good team chemistry, which makes work and continued learning successful.
Cons: 1. I take 24/7 call and do not get compensated. I would like to either be compensated or adjust the call commitment.
2. I feel I am worth more than what they are paying me and hope to receive production bonus/ raise in the future.
