Compliance Auditor in White Plains:
Pros: Perks, telecommuting capability
Cons: Toxic culture, lack of accountability by staff and Management, minuscule yearly pay raises that aren’t comparable to the work put in, favoritism.
Working outside the favoritism circle.

Pros: I am able to work from home and work doing what I enjoy.
Cons: I cannot take a lunch break without a call from management with a new project. There is no work life balance. Incompetent staff are favored and alleviated of responsibility while intelligent, hardworking employees are bombarded with more work.
Enjoy the job despite lack of efficient communication.

Pros: I feel I make a difference within the Organization through my auditing efforts and expertise.
Cons: There is a lack of communication among teammates and within other Organizational leadership and not all parties are willing to bridge the gap or take accountability.
