Orlando Health, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Orlando Health, Inc?

Not the best place to work.
Cardiovascular Technologist in Leesburg:
Pros: I don't really like anything about orlando health. What I like most about my job is the people/team I get to work with everyday. They are the only reason I'm still working there.
Cons: They don't show any appreciation for the insane amount of work and stress my team goes through daily. The pay is garbage. They haven't done any sort of market adjustment, which the competing hospitals did. The just show an overall lack of understanding and caring.
Short staffed and no support and no accountability in the department there is also no moral.
