I started when I was 10 years old ,my job has been a HOBBY all my life and I wouldn't give it up for all the TEA in china that's how much I love my job.

Pros: Running heavy equipment
Cons: working for contractors that don't appreciate your talent
I answer phones, take messages, relay phone calls order supplies I take mail to post office every afternoon, open mail and distribute, help out send checks keep files for accounting take care of PTO, out of office make call requests to vendor.

Cons: no important responsibilities to do. I make coffee, order supplies etc
