Mixed emotions.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Jacksonville:
Pros: I love the coworkers and my patients. My director supervisors do their best and try to help with small things for change but when things involve money its always a no.
Cons: to make change happen you have to have direct contact with upper management and be able to voice concerns for change, there doesn't seem to be a lot of communication with the hard working nurses, pct, respiratory therapy, and other medical staff members along with the contracted services as well.
Needs Improvement.
