Omni Hotels Corporation Reviews

What is it like working at Omni Hotels Corporation?

Enjoying the meticulous and small process to create a better project/ product for our consumers.
Greenskeeper in The Colony:
Pros: Working outside and hotel privileges
Cons: Communication amongst employees and management, no growth, and no educational programs to assist with growth in the company
Housekeeping Supervisor in Atlanta:
The company is a great company to work for but the people that are put in positions to run the company treat people like dirt. They do not lead by example. They said team and family type atmosphere but it’s more like you all by yourself and if you trying to do things right you maybe treated differently. They come up with new rules or policies every day to fit whatever situation they want. I worked there almost 7 years and only got raises annually according to my performance at work. They come and offer me a 3 dollar pay cut like I didn’t work myself up to that pay nothing was given so why would you take it. They also claims because I didn’t work the last day of my schedule I don’t get my PTO hours. Like I said the people the trust to run their company are terrible.
Director, Housekeeping:
Privately held company. A large family feel. Perks are pretty standard, nothing to really add value. Wages are a little low. Many fun, hospitality professionals to work with! Your opinion counts and you can take ownership to handle issues on your own.
