Pros: I'm able to be myself and not worry so much about performance although it is apart of my job but the store is free enough to understand how to be simultaneous and also learn how to be a human and do your job. The stressful things should bring out the best in you.
Cons: I believe I should have other incentives whether monthly or when it can occur.
It’s supposed to be a lot of fun but the stress takes away from the fun.
