Best Place to Work.

Pros: I love what I do. I like my leadership team. Flexibility. Work schedule. Pay. Co-workers. Great place to work.
Cons: Not enough people of color in leadership positions, especially on the Senior Executive level.
It brings joy to know our department is helping patients will illnesses.

Cons: favoritism,power struggles, personal relationships in professional setting
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in New Orleans:
Great atmosphere, poor pay for advanced credentials. It’s not worth getting them bc of that reason. You also don’t use them And feel it’s a lack of education of the Advanced practitioner side. There is NO credential pay.
Benefits are great and the company is very organized.
Social Worker in New Orleans:
Pros: I like the benefits most. The healthcare is very good
Cons: They rely on too little employees for patients and administrative duties
Everybody does what they want. There is no structure in the department as far as what is expected fro workers.

Pros: If it was managed right it would be a nice place to work. But they cant keep anybody to stay so we are always overworked
