I love it.
Manual Machinist in Niagara Falls:
Pros: Everyday Im learning new things. Machining different parts on a daily. Finishing parts to percussion. .001 tolerance. Only roughing sometimes. Im left alone by my self all day. My section has 5 employees and one is a foreman. Even when mistakes happen management dont come down hard on employees. Mistakes happen the part becomes scrap. Sometimes they are able to be fixed.
Cons: When I make mistakes. Working with a .001 tolerance is difficult. Only when cutting out a bore. I become stressed if I make a mistake.
