Under appreciated and underpaid.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Myers:
Pros: Caring for patients and their families
Cons: No communication or feedback
Per Diem Agency.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Lawton:
Pros: I determine when and where I work based on the shifts my recruiter has available. All the perks of a traveling agency without being locked into a contract that you end up hating.
Cons: The ebb and flow of the market. When it’s busy, you can pick and choose but when it’s not, you end up taking what you can get just to be able to make money. There are times when you don’t have anything and it can be very stressful if you don’t have another backup plan in place to supplement.
Amazing staffs and amazing opportunities.
Caregiver in Tucson:
Pros: Flexibility, weekly paid, incredible support staffs
Cons: Communication barriers, not getting paid extra for overtimes, weekends, and overnight shifts.
