Northwest Medical Center Reviews

What is it like working at Northwest Medical Center?

Is it worth the struggle?
Registered Nurse (RN) in Bentonville:
Pros: What I like most about my job at Northwest are the people I work with and the positive feedback from my patients.
Cons: The hospital has been neglected financially. Only half of the beds work. Only half of the vitals machines work and they don't even upload the data to the chart. Only half of the Wows (Workstation on wheels) work. Sometimes the scanners don't work, or the computer itself isn't working. Work orders don't seem to be getting fulfilled when they are put in.
A Nice Place To Work.

Pros: I'm helping our patients get well.
Cons: Having to take care of sixteen patients by myself.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
I enjoy the people I have the pleasure of working with, as well as the patients I care for. The staffing grid could be better, for the amount of patients I have on a day to day basis. Overall, I'm happy here.
