Northwest Administrators Reviews

What is it like working at Northwest Administrators?

Claims Analyst (General / Unspecified Type) in Seattle:
Competitive rate, good benefits including but not limited to medical, vision, dental, prescription, disability, long term care etc. Managers and supervisors are supportive. Feels like family sometimes. Heavy workload but Management is trying to make work fun and enjoyable although we really have to be serious in our job. Very considerate to your family needs. Oh well, it also depends on your boss. I think I am very lucky.
Boring in the Dead End.
Claims Analyst (General / Unspecified Type) in Seattle:
Pros: Paycheck
Cons: I don’t feel valued. Not exciting anymore.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
I honestly love my job. The training was more than sufficient. The earnings potential is outstanding for the area. They do have a strict attendance policy that runs on a point system. If you are not punctual this is not the job for you.
