Norco Industries Reviews

What is it like working at Norco Industries?

The pay sucks, they only promote who they want Instead of hard works and that don't have point, they don't post any bids for people that are interested, that don't have very good air circulation, and management needs to be different,
Assembly Line Worker, Factory in Peru:
Pros: 1st shift
Cons: Poor management, crappy pay , and don't knowledge the hard works, and don't knowledge people who actual deserve to move up and no room to advance
Very busy, but Norco provides a great work atmosphere that makes it easy to achieve a large work load.
Accounts Payable Clerk in Boise:
Pros: The culture at Norco is definitely what I like most about the company.
Cons: I wish the hours were a tad more flexible. I also wish time could be taken off without the need for PTO.
Rewarding.
Information Technology (IT) Manager in Elkhart:
Pros: The trust they have in me
Cons: Hours and Salary
