Noodles and Company Reviews

What is it like working at Noodles and Company?

Low stress if you make it.
General Manager, Restaurant in Chanhassen:
Pros: When you work hard to create a balance, you reap the benefits
Cons: Upper management communication is generally lacking
This restaurant is being managed into bankruptcy.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Jacksonville:
Pros: Most of my employees are wonderful people and I love helping them to be the best they can be.
Cons: The owner is cheap, untrustworthy, and patronizing. He has zero spine and enables horrible behavior and poor work ethic from a select few while expecting 110% from the remainder of his employees.
Family not coworkers.
Team Leader, General in St. Cloud:
Pros: How we treat our guest and fellow co workers. We are a family
Cons: My pay and the stress
General Manager, Restaurant in Cedar Rapids:
I LOVE working for this company. All of my staff are like my extended family. The benefits are a little costly and there are some seriously trying days where it feels like the guests just won't stop coming, but those are also the days that I see my team pull together the most!
Stressful.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Kansas City:
Pros: If you have a good team, it really helps.
Cons: Upper management has a "it is what it is" attitude.
