Pros: Nike is inclusive of all people of all walks of life. They are the most flexible and considerate companies I have ever worked for, and seem to be pretty fair when it comes to compensating their employees.
Cons: Nike is a massive company and as a result has a massive company complex with a large number of buildings and structures. Getting to and from the campus is the worst part since traffic is out of control here sometimes.
