Flexibility and Perks.
Sales Associate in Seattle:
Pros: The flexibility of my job right now is great. I work around 15-20 hours per week which is perfect with school. I can create my own schedule for the most part so it never conflicts with classes. The perks are great too! I have a comfortable "uniform" I wear and our discount is nice, especially because the items we sell are expensive.
Cons: I don't have many bad things to say, but if I had to choose one, it would be the monotony. I've been with the company for a little over a year and a half and during the slow season during the weekdays, it can get a bit boring. I think I could, but I don't necessarily see myself moving up with the company so that might be part of the reason it gets repetitive.
Each day consists of a large amount of office time.
Department Manager, Retail Store in Pigeon Forge:
Pros: Delegating tasks.
Cons: The amount of responsibility.
