Pros: The people. Everyone is friendly and honest. I've met some of my closest friends and Newell and I have great relationships with the people I work with
Cons: Newell is always changing "for the better" but the workload is always higher than it needs to be. The people who work at Newell are really good at saying "yes" but not good at saying "no" even when requests should be pushed back on, creating unnecessary work
