Member Service Representative in Florida:
Pros: You get to help people that serve our country. And that feeling is like no other. You get to speak to a lot of different cultures and people. You can change a person day or even life.
Cons: Communication and pay. The amount of stress you have to go through to not even be able to live comfortably is exhausting. Back to back calls with no breath room is stressful. Dealing with unpleasant people can take a toll on you. Be sure to have a therapist lined up because you’ll need one.
Great place to work.
Member Service Representative in Portsmouth:
Pros: Great benefits
Matching 401ks at 7% is unheard of
3 months parental leave
The work is not that stressful
Great company culture wherever you go
Cons: Sometimes the raises just feel like standard of living increases
Little to no upward mobility if you are not near HQ
A lot to learn and apply.
Mainframe Systems Programmer in Vienna:
Pros: I get to do a little bit of everything. Mostly because it's a small team and shop, so we are handling multiple things.
Cons: Growth stops at certain stage even if you know you have earned it.
Mortgage Loan Officer in El Paso:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Management
Work Environment.
Member Service Representative:
Pros: I like all of the benefits, the perks are great (bonuses,401k, overtime) and the office conditions are very clean and organized.
Cons: I really wish they were more flexible with days off and shift change requests. Even though we have PTO, they make it really difficult for you to use it if business need is high that day you request. Also, the stress level is high.
