Content Writer in Nashville:
Leadership is a toxic, misogynistic boys' club. Women and minorities are represented in subservient "worker bee" roles and are given very little in terms of pay, tools and support to be successful, opportunities to advance, etc. Your boss will not advocate for you. It's very "us" and "them," which perpetuates an unhealthy environment where people don't feel free to be themselves and express themselves. All in all, a terrible place to work if you are anything other than a white man over the age of 40!
Software Developer in Cleveland:
Pros: There's a lot of work to be done which provides for the chance to gain a lot of experience.
Cons: I feel that the low pay is insulting, and while they make an attempt at employee appreciation, it often falls short.
Heavy Volume High Stress.

Cons: Consistently being under staffed
Empowered.
Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator in Tampa:
