NELSON Reviews

What is it like working at NELSON?

Rewarding.
Demand Planner in Indianapolis:
Pros: When things go like they are supposed to and we can work together, fairly well
Cons: I am still not respected even though I am very thorough in making sure i am current on dates and quantity. I work close with Material planner and production planners and Engineers to make the job flow.
Honorable they dont even want us here they have to because it's in there contracts.
Quality Control (QC) Technician in Cincinnati:
Pros: Eazy work
Cons: The owners and management
Director of Strategic Alliances in Toronto:
Good benefits, great people, not so great location, and lacklustre management. Culture of individual groups can be great but overall culture is non-existent. HR group also non-existent, and some groups are downright fear-based. There are some great groups to work with but given the overall pace of change (which is necessary for a business and industry in transition) chances are employees will be affected by poor leadership at some point.
