Mr. Appliance Reviews
What is it like working at Mr. Appliance?
Lied to. Baited and switched. Set up for failure. Scapegoated me to cover for company failures.
Appliance Technician in Phoenix:
Pros: The actual job, when I was permitted to do it.
Cons: The owner (franchisee) micromanaged and did not trust that I knew anything and would come personally to my home univited, constantly surveil me (without paying those hours), and use me as the scapegoat for his shortcomings and failures. He has horrible customer service skills and keeps liquor in the office daily.
Flexible Modesty.
Operations Manager in Crawfordsville:
Pros: it is very flexible and low stress. Many quality systems in place leave a lot of work automated.
Cons: Decisions are critical and sometimes all the dots are not connected. Cash is always short so growth is slow.
