Mortenson Reviews
What is it like working at Mortenson?
Reaching a glass ceiling.
Senior Graphic Designer in Minneapolis:
Pros: I get a lot of autonomy in my role. Most people in my company don't have a design opinion, so most of the work I do is appreciated.
Cons: I have learned a lot about my industry and really like the marketing piece of my job and like to tell stories to sell ourselves. I don't feel like this skill is fully valued.
There also isn't a lot of upward mobility in marketing at a construction company. So, I am worried that I might reach a point where I can't go much farther in my career.
Great place to work!
Millwright in Oklahoma City:
Pros: They really take care of their female employees!
Cons: Communicate from the top to the bottom needs some improvement.
