Pros: some of my coworkers are the most wonderful people i've ever met and I still keep in contact with many of them today.
Cons: Upper management displaying obvious favoritism, nepotism, racism, ableism, tone deaf, defends discrimination, harassment, and hostility made by white people. toxic work environment.
Work, Work, Work, Work, Work.

Pros: specialized projects, and wide range of skill sets required and developed
Cons: overworked, under appreciated, and little concern for work-life balance

Pros: I like the way work is carried out without anybody micro managing anyone , infact due to this everyone feels more responsible and do their duties with more concentration and effort.
Cons: Some people do not manage their time efficiently, but they get rewarded the same way as other who are good at managing their workloads and timing plans.
